Alpaca Inspirations...

We recently spent a relaxing weekend in beautiful Bellingen, NSW Australia.  I have been collecting pictures and inspirations ready to design an alpaca pattern for quite awhile now and the gorgeous alpacas in residence at Fernridge Cottage (Link) provided plenty of motivation to work on this....take a look at these curious, but shy characters...

"mmm...."

"New people, think we'll take a walk....."

I'm on guard....

Next morning....."Maybe you're ok...."

"What was that?"

"Oh, I think they are ok..."

Love the alpacas, such characters, gorgeous and inspirational for my pattern making....

And then there was Bellingen Market...

The curious emus, just down the road from Fernridge Farm...

Thank you to owner Judy and especially to Cathy and Alan who were care-taking whilst we visited....most welcoming........
